1. General Provisions
1.1. The privacy policy of LLC "Classical Suit Workshop" (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy" or "Mastersuit") applies to all information that Mastersuit may collect about the User during the use of any of its websites, services, platforms, programs, products, or services, as well as in the course of fulfilling any agreements and contracts with the User, including the possibility of sending information, including promotional content (hereinafter referred to as "Usage").

1.2. The use of Mastersuit services and the provision of personal information by the User signify the User's unconditional consent to this Policy and the conditions specified for the processing of their personal information; if the User does not agree with these conditions, they should refrain from using the services.

1.3. Mastersuit assumes that the User initiating Usage consciously defines their requests and controls the technical parameters of their equipment, and that they have reviewed this Policy in full. If the User does not agree with the Policy, Usage should be discontinued.


2. Personal User Information
2.1. For the purposes of this Policy, "Personal User Information" is understood to mean:

2.1.1. Personal information that the User provides about themselves during registration (account creation) or while using the services. Mandatory information required for usage is marked accordingly. Additional information is provided by the User at their discretion.

2.1.2. Data automatically transmitted as a result of the User's interaction with the services through software installed on the User’s device, including IP address, cookie data, information about the User’s browser (or other program used to access the services), technical specifications of the hardware and software used by the User, date and time of access, requested page addresses, and other similar information.

2.1.3. Other information about the User that can be technically obtained.

2.2. Mastersuit does not control and is not responsible for the processing of information by third-party websites that the User may access through links available on Mastersuit websites, including search results.

2.3. Mastersuit does not verify the accuracy of the personal information provided by the User and is not able to assess the User’s legal capacity. However, Mastersuit and the User assume that the User provides accurate and sufficient personal information and keeps this information up-to-date.


3. Purposes of Processing User Personal Information

3.1. Mastersuit collects and stores only the personal information necessary to provide or receive services, except in cases where legislation mandates the mandatory storage of personal information for a specified period.

3.2. Mastersuit processes User personal information for the following purposes:

3.2.1. Identification of the party within the scope of service use, agreements, and contracts with Mastersuit;

3.2.2. Providing the User with personalized service and fulfilling agreements and contracts;

3.2.3. Communicating with the User, including sending notifications, requests, and information related to the use of services, fulfilling agreements and contracts, as well as processing User requests and applications, including possible informational newsletters;

3.2.4. Sending through electronic communications networks, including telephone, fax, mobile radio communications (e-mail, phone, etc.) for the purpose of distributing advertising and informational materials containing information about discounts, upcoming and current promotions, and other events of Mastersuit and its partners. The User has the right to refuse to receive advertising and other information without providing a reason by notifying Mastersuit in any convenient manner.

3.2.5. Enhancing User Experience, Convenience, and Developing New Features and Options

3.2.6. Targeting Advertising Materials

3.2.7. Conducting Statistical and Other Research Based on Anonymized Data

3.3. Mastersuit has the right to process information about Internet users obtained through information exchanges with third parties via OpenID and OAuth protocols, provided that such third parties have obtained prior consent from Internet users for the specified processing.


4. Conditions for Processing and Sharing Personal Information with Third Parties

4.1. The confidentiality of User’s personal information is maintained, except when the User voluntarily provides information for public access to an unlimited number of individuals. When using certain features, the User agrees that a portion of their personal information may become publicly accessible.

4.2. Mastersuit may transfer User’s personal information to third parties in the following cases:

4.2.1. The User has consented to such actions;

4.2.2. The transfer is necessary for the User to utilize specific features or to fulfill a particular agreement or contract with the User;

4.2.3. When the User utilizes services and financial-related services provided by third-party companies.

4.2.4. Transfer is provided by Russian or other applicable legislation within the framework of the established legal procedure;

4.2.5. Such transfer occurs in the context of a sale or other business transfer (in whole or in part), with the buyer assuming all obligations to comply with the terms of this Policy regarding the personal information received;

4.2.6. For the purpose of protecting the rights and legitimate interests of Mastersuit or third parties in cases where the User violates the provisions of current Russian legislation in this area, or the documents containing the terms of use of specific options, as well as this document;

4.2.7. As a result of processing the User’s personal information through anonymization, anonymized statistical data may be obtained and transferred to third parties for research, work, or service provision on behalf of Mastersuit.

4.3. In processing Users' personal data, Mastersuit is guided by the Federal Law of the Russian Federation “On Personal Data.”


5. Modification and Deletion of Personal Information. Mandatory Data Retention

5.1. Users may update, modify, or supplement their personal information at any time.

5.2. Users also have the option to delete their personal information associated with a specific account.

5.3. The rights outlined in Sections 5.1 and 5.2 of this Policy may be restricted in accordance with legal requirements. Specifically, such restrictions may include the obligation for Mastersuit to retain modified or deleted information for a period specified by law and to transfer such information to a governmental authority as per the legally established procedure.


6. Handling of Personal Information via Cookies and Counters

6.1. Cookies present on the User’s device for any reason may be utilized by Mastersuit to provide personalized usage options, target/send information/advertisements displayed to the User, for statistical and research purposes, and to enhance Usage options.

6.2. The User acknowledges that the equipment and software used for Usage may have features that prevent cookie operations (for all sites or specific sites) and delete previously received cookies.

6.3. Mastersuit reserves the right to determine that certain Usage options are only available if the User permits the acceptance and receipt of cookies.

6.4. The structure, content, and technical parameters of cookies are determined at the discretion of Mastersuit and may be changed without prior notice to the User.

6.5. Counters placed by Mastersuit during Usage may be used to analyze User cookies, collect and process statistical information, and for other purposes. The technical parameters of counter operations are determined by Mastersuit and may be changed without prior notice to the User.


7. Measures for Protecting User Personal Information

7.1 Mastersuit implements necessary and sufficient organizational and technical measures to protect User personal information from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as other unlawful actions by third parties.

7.2 Mastersuit uses information from the User's profile (login and password, security question and answer) for access authorization. Mastersuit may provide such data to the parties specified in Article 4 of this document. The User is responsible for the security of this information, including login and password. Any actions performed using this information are considered to be executed by the User. The transfer of one's own login and password to third parties is prohibited.
If the User becomes aware of another user's login and password, or any other confidential information about them, they must notify Mastersuit and refrain from using this information.

7.3 User access to the services may involve interactions with third-party internet resources and downloading code and/or graphical objects (including those not visible when displaying web pages in a browser) used for advertising and statistical purposes. The owners of these resources have the technical capability to collect information about the User and independently determine the terms of its use.
By configuring their software, the User can block requests for graphical images hosted on third-party servers, though this may lead to reduced readability and errors in resource display.
When navigating from Mastersuit pages to third-party internet resources, the User determines the extent of information use in accordance with the terms and rules set by the owners of the respective internet resources.

7.4. The Mastersuit online resources may contain links to third-party sites to which this document does not apply. Mastersuit is not responsible for the actions of third parties using Mastersuit's online resources in their operations. Mastersuit assumes no responsibility for the implementation of OpenID and OAuth protocols by third parties and for the adequate protection of user information by those parties.
In the case of joint partnership projects and services, Mastersuit's official documents and/or the documents of its partners defining the use of relevant online resources must specify how user information is processed by all partners, including details on who stores and processes users' personal data. Mastersuit is not liable for non-compliance with applicable legislation of the Russian Federation by such parties.

7.5. The security of User personal data is ensured through monitoring for threats to the security of personal data during processing; implementing organizational and technical measures to safeguard personal data during processing; assessing the effectiveness of security measures taken; detecting unauthorized access to personal data and taking corrective actions; establishing access rules for personal data; and overseeing the measures taken to ensure personal data security.

8. Changes to Privacy Policy. Governing Law

8.1. Mastersuit reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy at any time.

8.2. This Privacy Policy and the relationship between the User and Mastersuit arising from the application of this Privacy Policy shall be governed by the laws of the Russian Federation.


9. Feedback. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

9.1 Users may send any suggestions or inquiries regarding this Policy to the Mastersuit Support Service at: Moscow, Prechistenka Street, Building 13, OOO "Mastersuit Workshop," or by phone at +7 495 152 08 80 and by email at info@mastersuit.ru.

9.2 Users of the Site have rights as defined by the applicable legislation of the Russian Federation.

9.3 When visiting Mastersuit's online resources and using the Site, users must: comply with the provisions of the current legislation of the Russian Federation and this document; compensate for any losses incurred by Mastersuit, other users, or third parties as a result of violations of this Policy or the legislation of the Russian Federation; adhere to the terms outlined in the documents governing usage, as well as Russian Federation legislation; review all legal information posted on or accessible through the Site via links.

9.4 Users are prohibited from: publishing or distributing any information that:
  • Contains threats, discredits, insults, tarnishes the honor and dignity or business reputation, or invades the privacy of other Site users or third parties;
  • Violates the rights of minors;
  • Is obscene, includes offensive language, contains pornographic images and texts, or scenes of a sexual nature involving minors;
  • Contains scenes of violence or inhumane treatment of animals;
  • Describes methods or means of suicide, or any encouragement to commit suicide;
  • Promotes and/or incites racial, religious, or ethnic hatred or enmity, promotes fascism or the ideology of racial superiority;
  • Contains extremist materials;
  • Promotes criminal activity or includes advice, instructions, or guidance on committing criminal acts;
  • Contains restricted information, including but not limited to state and commercial secrets, information about the private life of third parties;
  • Advertises or describes the appeal of drug use, information about drug distribution, recipes for drug manufacture, and advice on drug consumption;
  • Is fraudulent;
  • Violates the rights of third parties to the results of intellectual activity;
  • Violates the rights of personal data subjects;
  • Violates other rights and interests of individuals and legal entities or the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation.

10. Users are prohibited from:
  • Conducting mass messaging or spamming;
  • Using software or taking actions that may disrupt the normal operation of Mastersuit's technical capabilities and equipment;
  • Publishing or distributing viruses, trojans, or other malicious programs on the Site or using them in any other way;
  • Posting commercial or political advertisements on the Site;
  • Engaging in any activities that could harm Mastersuit, third parties, or other Users.
