In-Store Pickup
Orders can be prepaid on the website via bank transfer.
At the pickup location, you may pay for your order with a bank card or in cash, in any proportion.
Prepaid orders are held at the pickup location for seven days.
To prevent fraud, the pickup location staff may request identification when picking up a prepaid order.

Orders paid for online are stored for no more than 7 days.

If a product is not delivered, any funds paid by the client will be refunded within 10 days from the receipt of a written request for a refund. Refunds are processed using the same payment method used for the initial transaction.

Return by Courier or Mail
1.Fill Out a Request
State the reasons for the return and list any defects in the product, if applicable.

2.Attach Documents
Include a copy of your passport, receipt, or payment details from your online banking or other payment system with your request.

3.Send the Package Send the product and documents to: 119034 Moscow, Prechistenka Street, 13, Recipient — Mastersuit (Online Store). You are responsible for the shipping costs.

4.Await Refund We will return your money within 10 days of receiving the product, provided it is in acceptable condition.
